Rental Duration
Your flower wall rental includes a set start and end time for both setup and takedown. If you need additional time, just let us know, extra fees may apply.Condition Responsibility
We strive to deliver each flower wall in pristine condition. Please return it the same way you received it to avoid any potential cleaning or damage fees.Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once our team has inspected the flower wall after your event and found it in its original condition, we’ll happily return your deposit.Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. However, cancellations made less than one week before the rental period may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.Limitations of Use
To protect the integrity of our flower walls, please avoid using them outdoors in adverse weather conditions. Always handle them with the same loving care we do!Availability
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a special date in mind, be sure to reserve early to ensure availability.
